Who we are

Euroconvention Global (legal name: Convention Ventures International) is an independent body, set-up in 1987, which organizes financial and investment related conferences in developing and emerging markets around the world. In its early stages, Euroconvention Global collaborated with the European Commission and most of the International Financial Institutions on some of the major matters related to the EU economical and financial integration like the ECU and later on the EURO, the Enlargement process and the EU Mediterranean co-operation.

Today, the company offers conferences on several developing sectors of emerging market economies such as the following: infrastructure, transport & logistics, renewable energy, urban environmental development, healthcare & pharmaceuticals, telecoms, banking, and finance. Conferences organized by Euroconvention Global are being hosted amongst countries of the EU, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, the Middle East, the North Africa (MENA) region, and are being held increasingly in the fast-developing economies of Sub-Saharan, Latin American and South East Asian markets.

The Head Office is based in Brussels, with offices also located in Bratislava (Slovakia) and Orlando (Florida, USA).

The role of the company is to provide a platform for communication, networking and debate. It has been reflected in the quality and diversity of its keynote speakers over the years. Several Presidents, Prime Ministers, National Government Ministers, European Commissioners (including past Presidents of the EU Commission), Governors of Central Banks have participated as well as their counterparts in international financial institutions.

Its conference programs are aimed at providing information and networking opportunities to its participants. Each event dedicates a part of its content to unveil the business development prospects through PR, branding and other pro-active participation opportunities.
